Hi, I’m Jaclyn Horne. I’m a Registered Social Worker, trauma-informed coach, energy healer, and single parent who’s walked through burnout, heartbreak, rebuilding, and deep healing — and come out the other side more whole, aligned, and connected to who I really am.Like many of my clients, I’ve done the traditional routes: therapy, coaching, energy work, mindset shifts. But it wasn’t until I started integrating the mind, body, nervous system, energy, and soul that things actually began to change — in a real, lasting way.That journey led me to Transformative Art Healing (TAH), a holistic approach that helped me reconnect with my intuition, release the emotional weight I didn’t even know I was carrying, and finally feel at peace in my body and my life. It was the missing piece I’d been looking for — and now, I use it to help other single parents who feel stuck, disconnected, or constantly “on” to finally come back home to themselves.A Little About My BackgroundI’ve been a Social Worker (currently Registered with ACSW) since 2008, with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Honours Psychology. I have supported individuals and families through all stages of life — from hospital and mental health settings to long-term care, research, and community support. My academic research has focused on topics like caregiver stress, dementia, driving, and elder abuse.But my deepest calling is working with single parents — especially those who feel like they’ve tried everything and still feel stuck. I know how isolating and overwhelming it can be to start over while holding so much. I also know how liberating and life-changing it can be when you finally start healing from the inside out.My ApproachMy work blends evidence-based, trauma-informed care with intuitive and energetic modalities to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and your Higher Self. Transformative Art Healing — A Different Way to Heal — Without Repeating the Pain.Using Transformative Art Healing, I help single parents uncover and gently release the emotional and energetic blocks that are keeping them stuck in survival mode — so they can feel grounded, calm, and fully present again.These sessions are not therapy, but they go where therapy often doesn’t — into the body, the energy, the stuck emotions you’ve been carrying for years (or generations).

  • Please Note All Sessions are Offered VIRTUALLY Only

  • GROUP SESSION (2 or more people): One 60-75 minute, Group TAH Session. This is a good opportunity to receive the effects of a powerful session at a reduced fee, $55+gst (CAD)/per person.

  • SINGLE SESSION: One 60-minute, Individual TAH Session, (Note - Does Not Include Email or Follow-Up Support). CURRENTLY OFFERED AT $55 +gst (CAD).

  • MULTI-SESSION BUNDLE: Three 60-minute each, Individual TAH Sessions, (To be Used within 6 months of Purchase) Includes: Follow-up Email Support and Activities to Use Between Sessions and TWO-15 min distance Reiki healing sessions.
